Tickets
Support panels with forms, claiming, transcripts and auto-close.
Overview
The ticket system lets members open a private channel or thread with your staff from a panel that you design. Each panel has its own options, forms, staff roles and behaviour.
Everything is configured from a single interactive setup panel, with no commands to memorise.
What you get
- Panels with a dropdown or button style, and as many options as you need.
- Modal forms per option (short or long answers, placeholders, required fields).
- Private channel under a category, or a thread in a channel.
- Claim and unclaim, with the option to lock answers to the claimer.
- Close with an optional required reason, reopen and delete.
- Transcripts sent to a log channel, by DM, or both.
- Rating DM after a ticket closes.
- Auto-close after inactivity, auto-delete after closing, and cleanup when the opener leaves.
- Channel name templates per state, such as 🕐・{member.name}, ✅・… and 🔒・….
- Maximum simultaneous tickets per member, mandatory and forbidden roles.
Setting it up
- Run /ticket setup (Manage Server required).
- Create a panel, choose its style and the channel where it will be posted.
- Add options: name, emoji, colour, staff roles, categories, opening and closing messages and forms.
- Enable the buttons you want (claim, close, reopen) and the transcript and rating settings.
- Post the panel and test it with a second account.
Commands
Every command works as a slash command and as a prefix command. The default prefix is +, so /casino balance is also +casino balance. Aliases only work with the prefix.
